Margaret Mae Fraser

Margaret "Marg" M. Fraser, 76, of Moncton, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, March 6, 2018. Born in Moncton, she is the daughter of Arthur "Art" Wilkins of Moncton and the late Violet (Glencross) Wilkins. 

Marg was retired from the Moncton Times & Transcript, Classified Ad Supervisor with 30 years’ service and attended St. John’s United Church. She enjoyed tending to her flower garden at the cottage, reading and spending time with her grandchildren. 

In addition to her father, Marg will be sadly missed by her husband of 56 years, Neil Fraser; son, Darren Fraser (Dawn) of Fredericton and daughter, Debbie MacDonald (John) of Dieppe; cherished grandchildren, Graydon and Maddison Fraser of Fredericton and Connor MacDonald of Dieppe; brothers, Gerry Wilkins (Carol) of Dieppe and Brian Wilkins (late Annette) of Moncton; niece, Susan Joyce (Wally) and nephew, Trent Wilkins and extended family members. 

In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by infant sister, Diane. 

Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. A Service to celebrate and honour Marg’s life will be held from Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 1:00 pm, with The Rev. Aaron Billard officiating. Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service. Interment will be in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
