Paul "Bubba" Cormier, 70, of Dieppe, passed away on Tuesday, February 5th, 2019 at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Dieppe, NB, he was the son of the late Léo and the late Dorilla (née: Cormier) Cormier. He is survived by his wife, Sylvia (née: Vautour); one daughter, Francine Cormier (Gilles Landry) of Dieppe; two sons: Reggie (Cheryl Barnes) of Brampton, ON and Mike (Julie) of Irishtown; five sisters: Gloria (late Joe) Gaudet of Shediac Bridge, Jeannette Churchill (Paul Nickerson) of Salisbury, Alice (Richard) Goguen of Collette, Louise (late Dave) Hatfield of Yarmouth, NS and Julia (Floyd) McGraw of Lakeside; two brothers: Normand (Maria Correia) of Brampton, ON and Emery (Dale) of Riverview; four grandchildren: Monica, Cody, Dylan and Cassandra, as well as several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, (857-1901) on Friday from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm and also on Saturday from 9:30 am until time of service. A Celebration of the Word will be celebrated from the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel, Dieppe, on Saturday, February 9th, 2019 at 10:30 am. Interment in Chartersville Funeral Home Columbarium, Dieppe. Donations to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
